All images are the property of B&K Photography and are protected under U.S. copyright law. No photo may be copied, downloaded, screenshotted, printed, altered, or distributed without written permission unless purchased or otherwise licensed.

Purchases & Downloads

Photos are available for purchase as high-resolution digital files or professional-quality prints. Purchased digital files are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, or publication without prior written consent.

3.

Social Media Sharing

If you’ve purchased a digital image, you may share it on social media for personal use. Please do not crop, filter, or remove any watermarks. When possible, tag or credit us at @bkphotos828.

Gallery Access & Security

Some galleries may be password protected to maintain privacy. Please do not share gallery links or passwords without permission. Downloading or distributing unpurchased images is strictly prohibited.

5.

Privacy & Respect

Our galleries often feature youth athletes and families. Please respect the privacy of others—do not share or use images of individuals (especially minors) without their parent or guardian’s consent.

6.

Edits & Retouching

All delivered images are edited for color, clarity, and style. Requests for additional retouching (e.g., removing blemishes, background distractions) may be available for an extra fee. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Team Packages

B&K Photography offers custom team packages, including individual and group portraits, banners, and action shots. If your organization is interested in team coverage, please reach out for a quote and booking details.

8.

Print Turnaround Time

Print orders are processed and shipped by a professional lab. Most orders ship within 7–10 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on the lab and shipping method. Digital downloads are typically delivered within 24–72 hours after purchase.

9.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of photography, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for digital downloads or prints unless there is a defect or issue with the order. Please inspect your digital files and prints upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there’s a problem.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this Pixieset gallery implies agreement to the most recent version.
